Directions
- Grill fajita meat to liking slice against the grain, set aside.
- Julienne peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Reserve.
- Make pho broth to instructions and blend in guajillo peppers till smooth.
- Slice egg in half.
- Add noodles and all remaining ingredients except nori and sprouts to bowl.
- Pour boiling hot broth over top and allow to sit until noodles are soft approximately 2 minutes. Garnish.
