- Grill each beef patty until internal temperature reaches 160°F, then melt pepper jack cheese on top. Toast bun on griddle until golden brown. Heat Casa Solana Mexican Street corn.
- On a plate, lay out the bottom part of the bun. Spread the Casa Solana Mexican Street roasted corn dip on the bottom bun.
