Directions
- Season the beef patty with salt, pepper supreme and place on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side. While the burger is cooking drop the fries in the deep fryer at 350° for 3–5 minutes until crispy. Place 2 slices of American cheese on top of burger to melt. Reserve hot. Remove fries from deep fryer and season with salt and pepper supreme. Reserve hot.
- Slice the tomato and onion for the burger set up. Toast the brioche bun and begin plating.
- Set all vegetables on the side and place the burger on the bottom bun. Place fries next to burger with a side of honey mustard dressing. Last place the top bun off to the side of the burger and serve.
