Directions
- Warm a flat griddle to 350°F, blend the onion jam so it’s smooth
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, and place onto the flat griddle, butter side down.
- Place the Cheese on one slice of the sourdough, and spread the blended onion jam on the other slice of sour dough.
- Place the ham on to the Griddle for 30 seconds, turn the portion over and cook another 30 seconds.
- Place the heated ham onto the cheese to help melt more completely, then top the ham with a sprinkle of smoked mustard seed.
- Place the onion jam covered sourdough onto the ham, and cut in half to serve! Garnish with Cornichon.
