- Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days. Makes about 2 cups
For serving
- Sprinkle Sous Vide Rosemary & Mint Lamb Shanks with Cardamom Spice Rub; roast in hotel pan at 450˚F until lightly charred, about 15 minutes.
- Spread yogurt on serving plate; serve topped with lamb, salsa, mint and pepper flakes.
