Directions
- Cut one Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar Sausage into 4 equal portions.
- Cut two pieces of bacon in half, so you have 4 equal slices
- In a small stainless steel mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and caviar mustard. Mix with a whisk until incorporated. Set aside for later.
- Place the 4-bacon wrapped sausage in a deep fryer at 350 degrees for 2 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. Remove from the fryer to allow the oil to drain off.
- Place the poppers on a plate with 2 ounces of the caviar mustard dipping sauce and serve.
