- Use liberal amount of garlic spread to butter the sourdough slices and grill until golden brown.
- Mix 1 can of crab with mayonnaise, chives, zest and juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
- Chop roasted tomato wedges. Assemble sandwich crab mix and top with roasted tomatoes. Enjoy!
