- Combine cinnamon stick, half & half, rice, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cloves and coriander in a medium saucepot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover saucepot and simmer for 35 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in ½ of the dates and honey. Return to heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove and discard cinnamon stick.
- Serve rice pudding topped with pistachios, pistachio paste, phyllo and remaining ½ of the dates drizzled with pomegranate molasses.
