Pizza Box Pretzel Charcuterie

1. Heat the pretzel from thawed. Place on a pizza round or sheet tray, spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with salt before baking for 2-3 minutes. The pan spray will give the pretzel an extra shine, while not making it soggy like it would be if you sprayed water on it to make the salt stick.
2. Allow to cool before assembling.
3. This is completely customizable, but for this recipe we used diced cheese cubes, sliced pepperoni, grapes, mustard, and peppadew peppers.
4. Serve on a plate, board, or pizza box. We love the pizza box idea for to-go orders, or as a way to stack multiple orders to bring out to tables at one time. This is a great shareable to serve 4 people.
