- For the refried beans, follow the directions on the package and reserve hot.
- For the chilaquiles, begin by sautéing the diced onion, diced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Add the chili pork verde and tortilla chips toss together until well incorporated. Reserve hot!
- In a separate pan fry one egg season with salt and pepper.
- For the plate, place 4 ounces of the refried beans on the plate and top with the chilaquiles garnish with cotija cheese and pico de gallo. Place the fried egg on top and drizzle with creme. Enjoy!!
