Directions
- Combine flat iron steak with 1 teaspoon bulgogi sauce and water or vinegar. Marinate overnight.
- Prepare jasmine rice according to instructions.
- Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Heat avocado oil in a skillet or sauté pan and sear steak 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In small pan, fry egg sunny side up in avocado oil.
- To make bulgogi sauce, combine 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1 tablespoon of bulgogi starter sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together over low heat.
- To plate, layer jasmine rice in a bowl. Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, radishes, and edamame. Slice steak and serve on top of the rice. Add kimchi and top with fried egg, then drizzle with bulgogi sauce.
