- Split pretzel bun open, add Swiss cheese and then toast in oven for 1-2 mins, or until cheese is melted.
- Sear the sausage on a flat top, sauté pan or grill until desired color is achieved and sausage is heat thoroughly. Place in bun on top of cheese.
- Add the 1000 island dressing. Top with sauerkraut and pickled mustard seeds. Add skewered cornichon on top.
- Deep fry battered fries until golden & crispy. Serve on side with sausage dog.
