Directions
- In a large pot with boiling water place the cheddar cheese sauce and follow the directions for heating.

For the pasta, follow the directions and cook pasta until al dente. Strain
and reserve hot. -
For the Mac n Cheese, in a bowl place 1 cup cheese sauce, shredded
cheese, and the pasta, and combine together. Place in the cooler for
minimum 3 hours. When cool to the touch scope out 1-1 1/2 ounces and
form in to spheres and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. -
For the breading station, place the flour in a bowl, combine the pre dip
batter mix with water according to the instructions, and place the panko
bread crumbs in a separate bowl. First place the mac n cheese in the
flour followed by the pre-dip wash and then in the panko. Insure that
the breading has completely covered the mac n cheese. Place 5 per
order in the fryer at 350 degrees and fry for 4-5 minutes. -
For the plate, place the reserved 2 ounces of the Sysco Imperial Cheddar
Cheese Sauce on the plate as glue to keep the mac n cheese from sliding
around. Garnish with bread and butter pickles, Sysco Imperial Habanero
Bacon Jam and optional garnish prickled red onions.
