- Combine mint, cilantro, scallions, and Thai basil and put them in a bowl for herb salad. Set aside.
- Prepare jasmine rice according to instructions.
- Roast pre-cooked shawarma in 350°F oven for 8 minutes or until hot.
- To plate, add rice to the middle of a plate or bowl. Add roasted shawarma chicken and top with pomegranate perils and pistachios. Garnish with shaved onions, sliced cucumbers and radishes. Serve with grilled pita bread, herb salad mix, walnuts, and feta cheese.
