Directions

Sweet and Sour Pickles

  1. Slice the cucumbers into very thin coins (a mandoline works well for this job) and thinly slice the shallot as well. Add both to medium size bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk the rice vinegar, sugar, grated ginger, salt and chile flakes together until the sugar has dissolved and pour over the cucumbers, tossing lightly to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.

Gochujang Slaw

  1. In a medium bowl mix juice of both limes and gochujang together. Next add Asian slaw mix to the bowl, toss until vegetables a evenly coated. Chill until needed.

Gochujang Burger

  1. Season burger patty with salt and pepper. Grill to requested temp.
  2. Warm bun until soft.
  3. Build burger in this order: 1. Bun bottom. 2. Pickles. 3. Burger patty. 4.
    Slaw. 5 Bun top.
  4. Add fries or other side as requested.
