For the Gochujang Wing Sauce
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days. Makes about ½ cup.

- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days. Makes about ½ cup.
For Serving
- Deep-fry a portion of boneless thigh wings in vegetable oil at 350°F until golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes; toss with a portion of Gochujang Wing Sauce.
- Serve wings garnished with scallions and sesame seeds along with a portion of Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce and additional Gochujang Wing Sauce.
