- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a half-inch border around the outside.
- Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly around the crust and top with sliced tomatoes.
- Brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil and sprinkle pizza with Kosher salt.
- Place pizza on rack or pizza stone and bake in a convection oven at 450°F approximately 6 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is browned. Top with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
