Ingredients

1 each Arrezzio Imperial gluten-free parbaked Neapolitan pizza crust

½ cup Sysco Imperial pizza sauce

6 ounces Arrezzio Imperial Fresh Ovolini mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Imperial Fresh basil

½ each Roma tomato sliced

Sysco Classic Kosher salt to taste

Arrezzio Imperial olive oil to taste

Directions

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a half-inch border around the outside.
Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly around the crust and top with sliced tomatoes.
Brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil and sprinkle pizza with Kosher salt.
Place pizza on rack or pizza stone and bake in a convection oven at 450°F approximately 6 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is browned. Top with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
