Pepper Bacon Cabbage

1. Lightly oil the cabbage and char under salamander.
2. Dice bacon and render off fat. Then, remove and drain bacon off half of the bacon grease.
3. Add the butter.
4. Sauté cabbage with caraway seeds and black pepper.
5. Add salt to taste, return bacon and finish with apple cider vinegar.
