- Heat the pretzel from thawed. Place on a pizza round or sheet tray, spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with salt before baking for 2-3 minutes. The pan spray will give the pretzel an extra shine, while not making it soggy like it would be if you sprayed water on it to make the salt stick.
- Allow to cool before assembling.
- This is completely customizable, but for this recipe we used diced cheese cubes, sliced pepperoni, grapes, mustard, and peppadew peppers.
- Serve on a plate, board, or pizza box. We love the pizza box idea for to-go orders, or as a way to stack multiple orders to bring out to tables at one time. This is a great shareable to serve 4 people.
