Ingredients

3 tablespoons Sysco Imperial hot pepper peach sauce

3 tablespoons Sysco Imperial honey mustard dressing dip

4 ounces Sysco Classic crispy chicken thigh

1 each Baker’s Source bun brioche slice 4

3-4 slices Block and Barrel pickle chip bread butter refrigerated 500-650 count

2 leaves Imperial Fresh ultimate burger lettuce leaf

2 slices Imperial Fresh tomato

1 slice Imperial Fresh red onion

1 ounce Block and Barrel kettle jalapeño potato chip

Directions

For the sauce mix the hot pepper peach and the honey mustard reserve.
For the chicken thigh, deep fry for 5-6 minutes and when done reserve hot. Toast bun, slice tomato, lettuce, red onion, and pickles. Begin to make the sandwich place 1 tablespoon of the sauce on the bottom and one on the top the remainder will be used as a dip for the sandwich.
