Directions

  1. Roast to reheat the sous vide chicken and ancient 5 grains until heated through. Reserve, keep warm.
  2. Char grill or roast the asparagus and edamame until tender.
  3. Dress greens with the blood orange vinaigrette, place on one half side of the serving vessel. Place the ancient 5 grains aside the greens.
  4. Top with the sous vide chicken, add the blueberries, asparagus and edamame. Top with goat cheese and Macadamia nuts, serve immediately.
  5. Chef Notes: This elegant skinny spa salad is bursting with flavor and color. Just in time for the warmer weather and healthier eating habits. Just by adding some beneficial ingredients to your salad, you can really amp up the nutritional value of this superfoods salad.
