- Roast to reheat the sous vide chicken and ancient 5 grains until heated through. Reserve, keep warm.
- Char grill or roast the asparagus and edamame until tender.
- Dress greens with the blood orange vinaigrette, place on one half side of the serving vessel. Place the ancient 5 grains aside the greens.
- Top with the sous vide chicken, add the blueberries, asparagus and edamame. Top with goat cheese and Macadamia nuts, serve immediately.
