- For the peanut sauce, mix the hoisin, peanut butter, and chili crisp. Reserve.
- For the wraps, prep all the vegetables. Clean and wash the romaine, cut the root off and keep the leaves whole, slice thin the jalapeño, red onion, and radish, clean the herbs by picking whole leaves, and cut lime into wedges. Arrange on a platter and reserve.
- For the chicken tenders, deep fry for 5 minutes and place on the platter with the vegetables.
- To serve, place the sauce and fried garlic on the platter. Serve and build your own Thai Chicken lettuce wraps.
