For the Alabama White BBQ Sauce

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days. Makes about 1½ cups.

For Serving

  1. Toss a portion of boneless thigh wings, cornstarch, spice rub, and sugar in a bowl. Place in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
  2. Bake in convection oven at 375°F until crisp, about 15 minutes.
