Beef Bulgogi Pinsa 

A Korean twist on an Italian favorite, a gluten free pinsa is topped with sweet and savory beef bulgogi, tangy kimchi and five cheese blend, then garnished with green onions, fresno peppers, and toasted sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet or cast iron pan, sauté beef, onions and garlic. Once ground beef is completely browned add bulgogi chef starter sauce and heavy cream and reduce by half.
  2. Place the pinsa crust on a rack or pizza stone. Spread the bulgogi beef and cream sauce over the crust, leaving a half-inch border around the outside.
  3. Top with cheese blend and kimchi.
  4. Brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 450° in convection oven approximately 6-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is browned. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and fresno chili peppers.
