- In a medium skillet or cast iron pan, sauté beef, onions and garlic. Once ground beef is completely browned add bulgogi chef starter sauce and heavy cream and reduce by half.
- Place the pinsa crust on a rack or pizza stone. Spread the bulgogi beef and cream sauce over the crust, leaving a half-inch border around the outside.
- Top with cheese blend and kimchi.
- Brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil.
- Bake at 450° in convection oven approximately 6-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is browned. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and fresno chili peppers.
