Giardiniera spread, beef pepperoni slices, and mozzarella cheese, stuffed and baked inside of a hoagie roll, served with potato chips.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Separate sub roll and place crust side down on work surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on both sides of the sub roll.
  4. Layer giardiniera, Greco and Sons Beef Pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake for 3-4 minutes. Remove from foil and serve.
