Directions
- For the strawberries, wash and clean the strawberries dry very well and slice at least ¼ inch thick. Reserve.
- For the arugula pesto, in a blender add the pesto and arugula. Puree until smooth pour in to a container and reserve.
- For the plate, arrange the strawberries as pictured and place the burrata in the middle of the salad. Drizzle with the arugula pesto, chopped pistachio, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
