- For the turkey patty, in a bowl mix the ground turkey with the pepper supreme and the chopped fresh thyme. Form into 4 each 6 ounces patties. Cook to your desired preference either grill or sear. Cook until an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Set aside reserve hot.
- For the garnish, slice the tomatoes 2 slices per burger, and 1 or 2 leaves of lettuce depending on size.
- For the burger, toast the Sweet Potato Bun and place mayonnaise on both sides. Place the Turkey patty first and top with the lettuce then the tomato slices, season with salt and pepper. On the other side of the bun place the fried onions on to the mayonnaise and press in to the bun flip over and dress the burger. Serve with chips, fries, or fruit.
